Refund policy

Products

You may return unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. You will need to pay the return postage costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days after we receive the goods at the return address.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Order Cancellation

The purchaser can cancel an order at anytime. If the order is cancelled after it is shipped the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A full refund will be processed when the returned order is received by us.

Transport Service & Packages

All packages must be prepaid 2 weeks before your care date. Refund requests received 2 weeks before the care date will receive a full refund. Refund requests less than 2 weeks from your care date will receive a 50% refund. You are not eligible for a refund after your care has started.

All transport services should be prepaid at least 48 hours before your required date. Refund requests received 24 hours before the required date will receive a full refund. Request received with less than 24 hours notice receive a 50% refund. You are not eligible for a refund after your travel has started.  

Package Cancellation

Cancellation requests received 2 weeks before the care date will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests less than 2 weeks from your care date will receive a 50% refund. You are not eligible for a refund after your care has started.
